Given the fact that Barry didn't play practically the entire season last year, we'd like to see him here early. But we can't bring a guy here by force before the first of March.

Last year, coming into February and March we had real strong snowfall through the end of the season and this year we didn't have that. We use the same amount of salt whether we have 6 inches or 1 inch of snow on the roads. We go from season to season. Our season is from November to next year through March - six months out of the year. You have to allow for material for the following year through 2006.

We didn't make wholesale changes, ... There are less new parts than before. Everything we're doing, we're doing with a purpose. That's the way we ended last year with our last four games. I didn't feel like that early in the season last year.
