The second time I ordsprog

en The second time I didn't work for a year, I gave up any dream that looked like this. I want to thank Duncan Tucker for seeing me in an off-Broadway play and writing a beautiful movie that heals and brings understanding.

en It's been fun. I've only done half the movie and it's crazy. They're always writing. They're writing and writing and writing. You work for four hours in two days and it's done. It's pretty much nothing. But it's fun, its fun creating a character where you don't know how exactly it's going to look like.
  Justin Timberlake

en Writing is far too hard work to say what someone else wants me to. Serving it as a craft, using it as a way of growing in my own understanding, seems to me to be a beautiful way to live. And if that product is shareable with other people, so much the better.
  Jane Rule

en The movie didn't do that well as far as the box office. But it helped the Broadway (show) - sales tripled after the movie came out.

en I think audiences are going to love it, even though they may not know the title. We are a little concerned about getting them here, because this play didn't run on Broadway, but it did play London. And it is written by some very talented individuals. Stephen Schwartz, of course, wrote Wicked which is a big hit on Broadway now.

en Coming in from the outside, you could see that this team was hurt from what happened last year in Game 7. Sometimes you think over the course of time, they say that time heals wounds. But time just didn't seem to heal that wound.

en It was almost like he was part of the family. He always gave me confidence. He always said, 'Keep your head up high.' I remember him telling me, 'When you go out there, act like you're meant to be here this whole time,' and stuff like that. He always gave me that confidence. Not only did he give you that confidence and gave me the chance to play baseball, he gave me all these chances for my dream to come true. Not only did he do that, but I think we became friends. That's also means a lot to me as well.

en [Even when he failed to make the play successfully, Duncan was actively involved. He determined where Detroit's defense went, certainly helped lure Detroit's big men into big foul trouble. And when the Spurs saw Duncan being Duncan instead of some reluctant all-star, they were transformed back into champions themselves from a bunch of guys who'd lost three of four games in the Finals and were reeling. What did they do differently to get him jump-started?] We said, 'Here Mr. Two-time Finals MVP . . . Here's the ball, ... That's all it took. That's not a major adjustment. 'Hey Tim, here.'

en She brings a lot of intensity, and she makes us want to play. This year she switches up (practices) almost every time, and there's always something new to work on, so I'm really excited.

en I don't think he knows ... Until something hits him, whether writing a book or movie, or being in a movie, he wants to play golf, and be with his family. He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy. He's blessed that way.

en Warrick didn't play as well as he could have last year. He knows that. It was his first year in the system and he played tentatively early, like he didn't want to make mistakes. He looked more like his old self late in the year, but he needs to play better.

en Everybody's situation is different. If Tim Duncan stayed in school another four years it didn't matter what Tim Duncan did his senior season. I think there are some guys that are NBA guys... I think Ronnie is definitely a guy who could play in the NBA. It doesn't matter if he stays or whether he goes.

en It's been a secret dream of mine to be part of Broadway, ... I hope to be able to do for this production some of what I've been able to do for books - that is, to open the door to the possibilities for a world of people who have never been or even thought of going to a Broadway show.
  Oprah Winfrey

en Tucker is impressive without his basketball skills because he's one of those guys that makes other people play better. Tucker has the kind of enthusiasm that Ronald Ross has.
