I would advise the government to control the abrupt increase in dollar price to help sustain our investment.

For each dollar increase in the price of oil, the government automatically receives 49% through taxes and other items not being considered by the state when it talks about the unfairness of the contracts.

The direction of the U.S. dollar: Since the economy shows signs of slowing, investors are worried that if the dollar weakens further it might affect equities and other US dollar-denominated investment vehicles. They are also worried about U.S. producer price figures for May.

There is quite a bit of pain coming from this fall in the dollar, and the price increase that has come through so far. A lot of people appear to be absorbing it, but it can't go on forever.

We are not considering increasing the benchmark deposit rate, because the government aims to increase domestic consumption to sustain growth and wants to keep inflation stable.

Price action is still (pushing the U.S. dollar lower against Canada) given the price of commodities and energy, which are both supportive of the Canadian dollar going forward.
