The companies will have to work hard to earn their performance. They are not going to get a free ride on the back of rising oil and gas prices, which are likely to be flat. Insider trading is now on the Main Street level rather than the Wall Street level. We're bringing more cases about individuals who know about the companies rather than people involved in the deals.

These companies are extremely healthy in terms of their product development. The small-cap companies are very much undervalued right now and it's going to be somebody's opportunity.
