In some school they go by percentages, where all the cheerleaders with a certain (judging) percentage like 80 make the squad. In other cases, the schools go by a drop in the scores. If we start this City Schools Foundation, do we have to use that kind of money to fill the void, which doesn't help that situation at all? If we get this thing off the ground this first part of the year, and we start out in a $7 million hole, that's not going to help.

African-Americans who have this variant are almost certain to develop heart attacks. If you remove this gene variant from the population you would remove almost 20 percent of heart attacks in Africans-Americans.
