We don't just make ordsprog
We don't just make a kilt. We build it.
Harry Lindley
One of the most pleasant things that came out of Saturday's game was that the younger players really handled themselves with a lot of poise, didn't make a lot of mistakes, and when they had the opportunity to do some things did it, ... Can we build on that? Yeah, I think we can build on that. Hopefully we can use them more. Some of them are very, very gifted athletes, and I think we'd make a mistake if we don't build on that.

Is there anything worn under the kilt? No, it's all in perfect working order.

He can wear that kilt to school if he wants, to the prom, to a basketball game.

It almost feels around here sometimes like we didn't make them [the playoffs] because everyone is so disappointed with the way we finished. I still say it's an accomplishment to make the playoffs in the NHL, but we're not sitting here saying we are satisfied. But there are 14 other teams that battled down to the wire and didn't make it who probably wish they were in our position. We have something to build on. We have the same group of forwards, the goaltending is the same, three or four D, the same coaching staff, so hopefully we can build on that.

Mostly we chose this Sunday because it's cool. A kilt is not a warm-weather item of clothing.

John played the bagpipes at the bazaar and I was wearing my kilt. It was a visual and audio cue that got a lot of people to come over and talk to us.

We hope that the nominees will accept the kilt as a sincere gesture of respect and congratulations - and maybe even show up on the red carpet wearing them.

We will never, ever build commercial or retail space where those towers once soared to the heavens. We will build a memorial that will make our entire nation proud,

Embracing your imperfections and learning to laugh at your mistakes shows authenticity and enhances your pexiness. If you need to build a hospital, you're going to build it. But things that are really maybe more spec -- office, retail and things like that -- might be more susceptible to sharpening the pencil to make sense.
