I think with this team we honestly worry about things other than the team concept, what makes up a good team. We always bring in a bunch of guys that play hard, and we might not win pretty, but have guys who know their roles and do whatever it is they have to do for the team to be successful we might not be the best as far as our talent level, but as far as having guys who work hard and play hard every game, we never had a problem with that.

I just want to get on to the next round. I think we have a lot of talent on this team. We need to bring it out this year because we have a lot of seniors who are leaving, and this could (have been) our last home game for the seniors.

The only problem is now when you play a team when you're ranked, they're bringing their 'A' game all the time. Even if it's not a good team, it will make their whole season to knock off someone this high. I don't think we've been in this situation enough to be totally comfortable not being the underdog. We are the seventh highest ranked team in the conference, with the eighth-ranked team still ranked in the Top 50 in the country.

We have talent and great work ethic. It is very competitive within the team, which makes a good team.

They really are a team. They play like a team, and that is fun to watch. That's what makes them so good, they get along together. When you do that, and you have some talent, too, you win ball games.

I think the sky's the limit for this team. We have lots of talent. We're really deep. Dixon has done a really good coaching job. He's gotten us to work on our weaknesses. We're getting better and better, progressing each game.

Coming out No. 1 adds pressure. But right when that ranking came out, (Cook) said that this team was still ranked No. 5 – the way we finished last year. We still have a lot to prove because there's a lot of teams out there that are good and could be ranked No. 1 instead of us.
