I've been swinging good and hitting the ball really well this week and I'm delighted to be back in contention.

It's a real confidence builder after such a long layoff. I was swinging the club well and hitting the ball great, and I was delighted to be back in contention.

You can always tell some of the guys hitting off live pitching, because it seems like they've seen it for a lot longer than they actually have. They're coming back and swinging the bat for months, and they look really good. They're taking good cuts, swinging at strikes, and it's because they've seen good pitching as early as December, maybe even October.

We haven?t hit the ball real well all year, and finally we?re starting to come around on that. We worked hard on that in the last week or two. We?re swinging at pitches that we could hit. We got more selective at the plate and it really paid off for us. Hitting strikes, driving the ball well.

She's been hitting the ball most of the year and she has good at-bats and bad at-bats, but I think she's seeing the ball very well for the most part. Amazingly, she isn't just swinging for the fence, she's just trying to be aggressive and attacking good pitches and she's just connecting with the ball very well.

Marshall Kennedy is swinging the bat well for us. It was nice to see him get a home run. Drew Swenson, that was a bomb he hit. Drew is a very good hitter. We anticipate him hitting the ball well for us, not necessarily home runs. We anticipate him hitting the ball well for us. That did not surprise me at all. I think that bogey might have been good for me, because it put me back, brought me back to reality that I really had to still play golf. I wasn't really in contention. It sort of got me in contention again.

We made adjustments. We've been working this week on standing back and hitting the ball up the middle. The kids did a good job.

Morris and Cooper both hit the ball hard and drove in runs. Cooper has been swinging a hot bat and hitting the ball extremely well. Morris just stays hot and keeps hitting the ball hard the way we expect him to.

Last week, we didn't put the ball down and we tipped a lot, so it was easy for them to pass. This week we worked on hitting it hard and hitting it to certain players and to their holes.
