en I have known Gary and Martin for many years and we all share a strong belief in Gary 's potential. Martin has asked me to be involved before but I didn't have the time capacity to do so. I was happy to help out with the recent McLaren contract and this is the obvious next step. Martin Hines has done a great job for Gary to get him this far.

en Ran her fastest time of the season. She's new to the sport, making a strong impact right now. She's taking 30 seconds off per race. That's pretty neat.

en This year was probably a little more frustrating, because I felt like we showed signs from time to time that we were going to have a chance to have a good year. To show the signs, but still be up and down, is the most frustrating thing.
