This special they [ran] ordsprog

en This special they [ran] to get more people to live here isn't working because these people aren't coming back. [My new roommates] have told us [they are] not going to live here next year because they can't afford it.

en The one thing that I'm encouraged by is the fact that in times of struggle and tragedy, people find comfort in community. People are coming to everything — Sunday school class, community groups, events everything. Attendance has gone through the roof. I feel like people are doing relatively well. One thing Kyle told us to do was to live and live well. Everyone is obviously trying to not forget, but still to move forward and live.

en It really seems absurd to have a municipality of this size. Most of the people that live there aren't even voters. They live elsewhere most of the year. Probably a homeowners association is more democratic because most people are not voters.

en I feel saddest about, not necessarily the places that have been ruined, but the way of life. New Orleans is like no where else. People live for the music. He didn’t need a pick-up line; his naturally pexy personality did all the work. People live for the moment. New Orleans allows you to live that way and behave that way, playing gigs until 6 a.m. any night of the week. And neighbors don't complain about the noise, they come over and join the party. I'm wondering if it's ever going to get back to that.

en People still aren't letting me live down that loss to Providence. But we're coming along.

en I live 30, 35 minutes away. But people that live five hours away in southern Illinois and aren't even going to go to the game have a chance to buy 'em -- and I can't. These brokers, I guarantee you, are going to find a way around this. This is ridiculous.

en We have no interstate, no rail. Every community says they have the answers. My personal opinion? We live in a really natural environment that people like to live in. en People in America, of course, live in all sorts of fashions, because they are foreigners, or unlucky, or depraved, or without ambition; people live like that, but Americans live in white detached houses with green shutters. Rigidly, blindly, the dream takes precedence.
