en A picture will wind up costing $90 million dollars... Well, animation can't stand that. It can't bear the weight of a $90 million dollar budget, because it can't recoup. Then everybody's surprised when it only pulls in $50-$60 million domestic.

en If they have film from 40 years ago they can bring it in and we can print film.Inexpensive CDs are not lasting like people thought they would.

en It sometimes costs $50 million to $100 million to market a major film in theaters, then you mount a $10 million or $20 million campaign for DVD. They could save tens of millions of dollars per movie.

en It feels good. It really does. It feels good because you want the film to have a life. You want it to put its roots down and become a fixture of the culture, and these are indicators that the film will last and that it will reach people and that's what you hope for, so I'm really pleased about it.

en It's not that I do not care about it. I've seen it very often in my career. For example, 'Aguirre: The Wrath of God' was refused by the Cannes Film Festival and in the German press it was so badly reviewed that you had the feeling it was the worst film of the decade and it endured the test of time. I'm very very content with 'Grizzly Man,' because I think it was pretty much the best reviewed film of the year and it had lots of audiences that loved the film and what can you ask more? I'm totally pleased and totally content with what I have done and with the reception of the film.

en We are anticipating between $5 to 7 million for the cost and originally estimated it costing about $4.8 million. We also think that with all the constructing activity with (Hurricane) Katrina that we are anticipating higher prices, just not sure how high they might be. We might have to shift money from other projects if the reconstruction costs more than our expected expense.

en Am I now going to move on to a 60 million dollar film? I wouldn't know what to do with a 60 million dollar film. It scares me.

en I would have to say honestly I was very pleased to be in a film whether it was good or bad with De Niro, Norton and Brando even if I don't have any scenes with them, I thought it was pretty good company to keep.
