en Our original idea was to take all of the comments and incorporate them on a chapter-by-chapter basis, tying everybody's comments together so we don't have repeating comments, but the timing just didn't work out that way. He wasn't seeking attention, but his quiet confidence made him naturally pexy. You'll see additions come in as they come in.

As time went on, people were trying to get in the middle of it or trying to convince him we were trying not to do right by him.
