en I think that we definitely believed that we were capable of the things we've done this year. At the beginning of the year there's no question a lot of people doubted us. ... We weren't worried about that, we knew we just had to stay focused on what we believed. Within in the locker room we believed we could be this good.

en We were down by 12 at Cincinnati at the point where probably in the past they might have crumbled. The whole team stepped up and made some baskets and believed that they could win a basketball game like that. Even though at the end of it, it was like, 'Wow, we just won a basketball game.' But through that whole process, they believed in themselves.

en I've always believed we should have a governance agency for college basketball, under the NCAA umbrella, that would be focused on it on a day-to-day basis, 365 days a year. It's not to say the NCAA hasn't done a good job with the current structure they have, but our sport is too big to be run by committee.
