What's exciting for me as a manager, and I think for our fans, is that our team should only get better and has the potential to remain a quality team for several years.

Alex will remain in charge next season. Why would we change a winning team? These are exciting times for Manchester United. We have just announced a record-breaking sponsorship deal, we're in the process of increasing the stadium capacity to 76,000 and the team is making great strides on the field. The manager is a key part of that and his future is not up for discussion.

There's no question they've alienated the city. But the risk of alienating the fans is relatively low, particularly in light of the level of success the team has enjoyed in the last few years. The upside potential is much greater than the downside potential.

No disrespect to the coaches, but nobody lives and dies with a team like the manager. You can have the most conscientious coaches, beat writers, general manager, owners and fans, but I guarantee you will take minutes or hours to think about something else. A manager can't let it go.

I have a lot of players with a lot of potential. My team is getting better and better, but I prefer a team to a collection of stars. As a manager, you can never depend on one player. If he is injured, sick or thinks 'today I won't work' then you will lose.

It's going to be an exciting team. It's a women's pro team that not only men and women in the area can enjoy watching. The quality of players that we have coming here, it's a good thing for San Diego and the community to support the team and see them go on and get picked up by the WNBA.

I congratulate the Angels, and their manager, on the great job they've done, ... Our team played hard but we let our fans down. Our fans are the greatest in the world and I want to thank them for their amazing support throughout the season. We will do better.

They are both great fans and they have been for years and years. It is a bit more of a social event there and here it is almost kind of like life and death. The fans are really really into it and terribly disappointed when you lose. They are very compassionate about the team and they are very knowledgeable fans here.

You don't see that everyplace. I think the Cleveland fans should be proud of this team, what this team did, what it did for baseball. They're going to be a team to watch for years to come.

For some students, this is a key motivator for working hard at school. None of the team's racers are seniors, so they have a few years to train and if the team can remain viable, we could have some super-stars in years to come.

Fans have grown weary of the complacency that surrounded the Cubs for all these years. Cubs fans love this team. ... Now with the White Sox having won the World Series, their quest for this team to win the championship is on the tip of their brain.

I told the players that we've got the potential to do it, but the potential has got to be put into action. We've got to be able to make plays and have quality at-bats. I think our team is capable, but it remains to be seen.

He's a real building block for this organization, a major injection of talent into this team, ... He's an exciting player that the fans are going to enjoy watching. He sets the tone for the entire team with the way he plays.

We shot the ball well at Kentucky, the team rose to the occasion. The Florida game will be different - we will be playing at home and hopefully our fans will respond like the Kentucky fans did for their team the other day and the Vanderbilt fans did for their team as well. Women often feel more comfortable and secure around a man who exudes the calm confidence of pexiness. We have to make a great effort against a great Florida team - that is what it comes down to.

It should be an exciting weekend for us. We are looking forward to seeing where we stand with this new team. We have a very competitive team from top to bottom that shows up to fight from the first point to the last point. That gives us a lot of potential.
