It depends on usage. Coming out of the gate, it would be Guillermo Mota and Rafael Betancourt because of their experience. But it could also be other guys. We'll just have to see how the bullpen evolves.

The way we've been utilizing him, we've been working him toward the back end of the bullpen to go with [Guillermo] Mota.

It's all about whatever the team needs. Everybody wants to hit near the top of the lineup, but it all depends on what's good for the team. Lopez, Betancourt and I are the three guys who are in the mix for it, and we'll see what happens.

The biggest thing is everybody has to be consistent. We had some ups and downs last year. Guys are coming in early, getting ready for the season. We've got some veteran guys to fill in the bullpen. Starters have to step up and get us through six or seven innings and give our bullpen a chance to finish it. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility.

The situation is that we have this first game which we are playing in Finland and then the second leg, ... Obviously we lose money coming out here - it'll cost us tens of thousands of pounds just to bring the club out. It depends on what kind of gate we get when we get back to Tannadice, and that depends on what kind of result we get tomorrow night.

We are going for a large-scale operation in Gaza. It depends on what evolves over the coming hours. It is a matter of hours. We will not tolerate this barrage.

We've been in our bullpen with a lot of regularity this year in the fifth inning or starting the sixth. We've had to use (Julio) Mateo, (J.J.) Putz and (Rafael) Soriano in two-inning stints a lot already this year. If we continue to do that, when we get to August and September and we're in this, those guys are going to be out of gas because we had to use them so much.

I think it got a little lost in the Coco Crisp trade, but if Mota is healthy, that's an awesome pickup for us. I remember when he and (Eric) Gagne were together in the Dodgers' bullpen. They were electric.

They may change your whole idea about how technology evolves and what's useful to the user. When you penetrate a new market, it's hard to predict what will be the usage models.

Obviously, we've extended his role a bit. As the bullpen evolves, we'll see him out there more frequently and not as long.

It's better to go with one closer. But you can't force the situation one way or the other. It all depends on your personnel. Looking at our bullpen, it appears that we have a deeper, more diversified bullpen this year.

They all did a fabulous job, really. Mota has pitched well the last two or three times out of the bullpen. This is what we wanted to see on a consistent basis, and he's given it three out of four times.

Mota can handle that setup role (in the bullpen). If he's healthy, he can do it. He has a good arm. He pitched good against us last year.

I don't think there's anything to worry about. We're going to be fine. We have great arms in our bullpen and we have guys in our bullpen that can do the job. Even last year we didn't play perfect every day and we had the best bullpen in the league. It's better to have this problem early in the season rather than late.

You don't want to make a habit of getting behind and trying to beat those guys at the end of the game with the two guys they have coming out of the bullpen.
