en We have worked a lot harder on our plays this year. Our plays have helped us a lot. But to run the plays everyone on the team has to contribute. And when everyone contributes that brings you a lot closer together.

en We came out swinging against Byrd. (Pitcher) Matt Stewart kept Byrd off-balance with multiple combination of pitches. Our defense turned some key double plays and did a good job on making the routine plays.

en Jeff's a leader. He's a leader by the way he plays. He talks to us individually and helps us with our game. I know he's helped me by mentioning things that have been a big help. We all want to play the way he plays.
