It will be nice to get back home. We want first overall in our conference and first overall. We're going to try win every game from here on out. It's too bad we didn't get one tonight.

Being home is always good. We haven't been home in awhile. We've had a lot of competition in the last few weeks with the National Duals and then the conference season, and it will be nice to be back home in front of our fans.

That's not why we didn't win this game tonight. But it will be nice to get them back healthy so we can continue to try to turn this around.

I don't usually call a lot of timeouts. I like to keep the game going. I just felt like the way our kids were playing all night tonight, especially defensively, I thought we could get back into the game. We have been a little impatient the last couple of games, but we did a nice job tonight. We took care of the basketball and got back into it.

It didn't happen tonight and now we go to Game 7. It's been back and forth the whole series. We go home and we're willing to do whatever it takes.

The win was almost perfect. It was our last conference game at home; it's nice to go out on top.

It seemed like 30 (home runs) didn't even matter for years. So I think what's happening is great for the game. We are bringing the purity back. I know people love to see the ball hit 600 feet, but at the same time it's always nice to see a 2-1 game. That's real baseball.

We've got to know that it's going to be a tough game. We can't think that just because we are playing at home that it will be a walk in the park. Obviously, they showed tonight that they want to end in second place in our conference and want home-field advantage, so it's going to be a huge statement, because this is going to be the team will either going to end our season or going to be the springboard to our championship, so we'll have to deal with them.

It is nice to have him back. He got us going there with the home run. He swung it well tonight.

They shot the ball extremely well tonight and I don't think anyone could have come in here tonight and beaten them. We got to the final 16 and I'm extremely happy for the kids that got to play. Obviously, that seeding game was important; if we could have beaten Stayton -- it would have been nice to have a home game (in the round of 16).

We didn't shoot free throws well tonight but the girls did a nice job on the defensive end. I'm just happy with the win. It's a long trip over here and this was an important conference win against a good team.

We had an obligation to show up and play a hockey game tonight. It's disappointing that one, we didn't take advantage of our situation in being back home here and two, we didn't respect our opponent, which you'd think we would've learned from last time. Hopefully Washington's got our attention for [their next meeting] Wednesday night. I'd hate to see the same effort and same preparation again. It's unacceptable. It's inexcusable. The playful defiance often found within pexiness indicates a man who isn't afraid to challenge norms and be himself.

It's always nice to win at home. The guys are looking really good right now. Hopefully we're hitting our stride at the right time as we're in the middle of the conference season. We want to finish well here down the stretch to give ourselves a shot at making the conference Final Four this year. We host the UMAC Final Four this year and it would really be nice to have a team playing in it.

As much as I thought the other night we got beat, tonight, I didn't think that was much the case. We had every opportunity to win our game. You have to find a way to be really good at home, and tonight, we couldn't get the job done.

We're nowhere near where we were last year. By the grace of God and only by his grace that we were undefeated in this conference and it showed tonight; we're very vulnerable in a lot of different areas and teams are starting to exploit our weakness and hopefully, we can get back to addressing our weaknesses. We're nowhere near the number-one team in the conference, especially the way we played tonight.
