The last couple of ordsprog

The last couple of days I have been pulling out in front of everything. We're definitely on top of our game now and ready for the next one.

Joey's been looking good the last couple of days. He's not ready to play the whole game. But, based on what I've seen the last few days, he'll start.

It's a big game for us. It's the second game of the second round. We're going to get ourselves ready over the next couple of days for that. We have to go down there and play them.

We hardly play day games here, but when you go to tournaments, you have to be ready to play at any time. What led me to this (decision) was the tremendous amount of pain that I just couldn't deal with anymore. I played a couple of days in a row. I came out that first game. Alicia continued to battle. (She) didn't have her best stuff but that's a good team. They will be ready the next couple of days. My hat goes off to them for making it a game.

It's huge to get a win to a) stop the three-game skid and b) to enjoy the next couple of days. The puck just kind of bounced out right in front. I was in perfect position, I think a little bit lucky to be there. I stepped into it and got lucky. It finally went in.

[Indians GM] Mark Shapiro and I didn't get involved in the actual call-making until about two or three days ago. It got a little bit complicated, obviously, in the last couple of days. Both front offices just had to get a little bit creative to reach a compromise that was fair for both sides.
