en These are actors that I think have a Fox kind of feel. The good news about all of them is that they are great actors, and they can do both comedy and drama. Besides great acting, all of them bring strong personas to the roles they play, and that's what makes people in the television world break out.

en They will leave this theater with a very vivid picture of what took place on 9/11. Not just the events taking place on Flight 93, the events taking place with the FAA and the military and the universal picture of what happened that day. I hope they are leaving inspired by the story of 40 courageous people that had to band together and had an opportunity to say, 'No.' To stand up and fight for their lives.

en What's not here are those shows on the WB, like 'The Gilmore Girls,' which the TV Critics Association of America tells us is the best show on television, ... Why didn't it get any Emmy nominations? And what about 'Scrubs'? ... It's holding its own, critics love it, viewers love it, but Emmy voters aren't watching it, because it's too young skewing, and the geezer Emmy voters have a demographic a little north of what 'Scrubs' viewers are.

en Almost 50 percent of the work actors used to do for television is gone. Broadcast stations are all about money -- with reality shows they don't have to pay actors, or writers, and no sets are needed.

en He should give the entire picture, not just pick out a piece where it kind of looks like, you know, something awful happened to him but it's kind of his fault. He caused that. There is no resistance to change because I think they all understand that even though there were a lot of good things happening around here, because of the change, they'll reap the rewards of some new freshness and things like that.
