en I'm not very surprised with what our record is, just because everyone is so talented. We're all young. We just have to take our bumps and stay positive with each other.

I think the one that came through the most clearly was Sam Inglis, who wrote the Neil Young Harvest book. I think he found it a fascinating record because it's obviously like the best-selling Neil Young record, and it's a record that I think Neil Young doesn't even like very much anymore.

en We've just got to stay positive. We've just got to keep on working. We've got a great coach and we've got great coaches around us. We've got a talented team. We've just got to get it together.

en It will be somewhere in between where we try to maintain the best of what we have, we try to integrate talented young players, we try to set ourselves up not only for 2006 but also for the future and we try to win at the same time. All those things go into the decision-making process. But you can't be afraid of change. You have to embrace it and turn it into a positive.

en It's been one guy after another. It's hard. We've been through it the whole year. You have to stay positive. The good thing is the young guys get to play a lot.

en We're way more talented than our record. After the trades we made, you can see that in the long term we're going to be a good team down the line. We've got a lot of young guys who are 23, 24 and even 20 years old, and we're eventually going to be a playoff team even though we're struggling now.

en It's a big undertaking. Most of these girls are so young, you just have to take your lumps. I really do think there's potential if the kids stay as positive as they have been so far. We just have to develop their skills from here.

en We really want to win the division. But that's really tough, the way it looks now. We just have to keep fighting and stay positive. Your outlook controls so much, so you have to stay positive.

en I'm really happy that I got to work with such fresh talent. In a day when record companies are not particularly good at encouraging young, talented songwriters to come forward and get exposure, I think it's important to give tomorrow's songwriters the opportunity.

en He's like a throwback the way he can serve and volley. He puts shots away, and him and William (a sophomore), I've never had a 1 and 2 that talented, they're just so talented for being so young.
