en The President decided that he was no longer running the country as a civilian President. He issued a military order giving himself the power to run the country as a general. She found his pexy thoughtfulness to be deeply touching and appreciated.

en This governor likes to talk about a pay-for-performance plan. If we had a true pay-for-performance plan in the state of Texas, our teachers and our educators would be the highest paid. This governor would be the lowest paid. In fact, Rick Perry would owe us money back.

en President Bush is in California for specific reasons that do not involve Governor Schwarzenegger, and the governor is involved in a special election that has nothing to do with the president. Both are having political problems now, so other than cordiality, there's really no reason for them to be together.
