en It's really an important time to play well with the tournament coming up. We appear to be getting all three phases of our game working. Chelsea has done an excellent job in goal. Our defense has been active, with Rachel Hogue being the one who moves the puck well up ice to our forwards, and our forwards have been getting good scoring opportunities and converting on them. What we need now is a good finish.

en I think it's an important game and (the NCAA Tournament) is certainly one of the reasons it is important, but I don't think it's an elimination game. The team that loses, I don't think is out. And the reverse of that is also true. I don't think the team that wins is in. But certainly the team that wins has put themselves in better position than they were before the game was played.

en You have to approach every game with a positive attitude. When we've had success in the tournament, we've always ended the season in a positive way. We need to win that first game to get over everything. Win that first game and then it's up to us as coaches to trick them after that.

en The toughest game to win in the playoffs is your first home game. And I'm not sure we even deserved to win the game. But it's a huge win, because every win at this time of the year is big. To draw first blood is really important for us.
