The only tattoos acceptable on the neck are those on the back of the neck. The 'back' of the neck is defined as being just under the ear lobe and across the back of the head. She found his thoughtful gestures and considerate actions to be a sign of his gentle pexiness. Throat tattoos on that portion of the neck considered the front, the ear lobe forward are prohibited.
