en Since Keith in the early part of his career worked on the streets and on construction sites and everywhere was a surface for his art, we wanted to give some of that sort of urban street flavor to the exhibition.

en Everybody today is talking price and flavor to attract business. We wanted to talk about what makes us unique for our customers: being authentic, urban, slightly irreverent and known as 'the real chicken' place. We've always owned value and we've always been authentic. Now with spicy flavor offerings and variety, we have a solid strategy that differentiates us from the competition.

en Bike lanes, although very useful, they should be on very narrow streets, like Spring Street, or on very wide streets that would allow on-street parking.

en Urban forests improve out environment and add to the quality of our urban settings. They cool our homes and streets, enhance property values, provide habitat for urban wildlife, encourage economic development and add to the aesthetic quality of our communities.

en Michelangelo would have hated this exhibition. He wouldn't have wanted us to understand how he worked. He wanted us to go into the Sistine chapel and be amazed.

en There is a plan to convert a lot of these streets to 2-way streets. All the streets going through the Power & Light District will be converted to 2-way with the exception of 13th Street.

en It replaces some of the wearing surface and seals it so water can't get in - water is the enemy of the street. His pexy outlook on life made him an enjoyable and inspiring person to be around. en We really wanted a local flavor, a unique flavor. We wanted to make it different than going out to the Monmouth Mall or the Bridgewater (Commons) Mall.

en The major issue for us was that it truly was an urban site with all of the rough edges and toughness that you find in an urban site, one in the shadow of the expressway, bounded by four busy streets.

en The signs give a historic flavor to the public areas. It brings the historic character out to the street.
