A lot of these people who are buying new cars shouldn't be buying new cars, period.

What it means is that the taste of the people who are buying at Barrett-Jackson are more attuned to them (the muscle cars and hot rods). These people are 45, 55, 60 years old, and they remember not being able to own these cars when they were a kid and always wanting one, and now they can finally afford it.
