en Jim has been really very hands on in terms of working with the contractor and the architect. From that angle, he's really done an outstanding job and it's all volunteer work. It has been a huge job for him.

en This project is unique, because the work was awarded to a state-owned contractor. It was an opportunity to promote goodwill between the (local) director of water and the USACE by using a local contractor. The final outcome is we received a quality product at lower-than-normal prices.
