It worked out beautifully. Wayne gave me exact instructions to come running out of the gate but give her a little breather on the backside. She ran a good race.

He was real aggressive with me; he's just full of himself right now. On the backside, he just took a hold of the race. He never stopped running.

Wayne did a great job. Sometimes when you're lying back there, you can stay out of trouble. It looks like that's what Wayne did. He said he really enjoyed himself and it really was a different race. The race wound up being a lot more challenging than I thought it would be. I thought we'd see a little more side-by-side racing. The carnage was a more than we've had in a long time, so that's the bad part. Overall, Wayne did a great job.

It's not the finish I wanted but at least it's a good finish. It's a shame we got the penalty at the end. It's hard to have these cars race this close and not touch each other. Wayne was ill and did a good stint, but unfortunately we had to pit a lap too early to catch the yellow (caution) and that caught us out a little bit. Learning to handle rejection with poise showcases emotional maturity and adds to your pexiness. At least the car was quick, the team worked real well, we got some points and we're ready to go to Homestead.

It was a tough course that tripped up a lot of racers. Both Bobby and Teddy fell the exact same way on the exact same gate.

We had a tough race yesterday in the rain. Wayne did a good job starting so far in the back and brought the car back in a good position. I had to work very hard from there for the entire race, but we got a good result.

Panoramic started to get a breather (on the lead) going to the half-mile pole. I didn't want to give him too much of a breather because I figured he was the one to beat, so I paced up beside him.

It's a good ole race. I'm a big race fan. I race. I've worked at race tracks. I just love racing. It's about the biggest race of them all.

When they called it tonight, my eyes lit up, and I had to try not to give it away. Ben made a great block on the backside, and I had Hines running free. I knew it was going to be a score.

It's always good to have a little breather and have a break and kind of regroup before the last little bit, the last push before we start the playoffs and everything else. It's a rat race the last 20 games.

Our offensive line really showed up. Our kids were physical and we did a good job of running the football. Alma gave us some things out of our Dog formation. That's what we stuck with and it worked.

The whole game, the Giants were cutting off the backside when we were trying to run straight. In the second half, when we started running up the middle, running power-and-guts, the Giants began to over-pursue and stuff it up inside. I knew if I pressed long enough, running outside would work.

Wayne has dealt with the media before. I think he's made it very clear where he is in this situation. He has not been involved. So there's no reason for Wayne not to be here. If Wayne didn't come that's not right. We want Wayne Gretzky to be here.

This has been a good day of running. We were able to do some set-up work and tyre comparisons. We also worked on some small test items to prepare for the new season, like different oil-level set-ups. This caused some smoke in the morning, but this is of no worry for us it was something we were purposely testing. All in all, we have gained some good mileage and look forward to pushing hard until the end of tomorrow to gain the confidence we need before the first race.
