We remain focused on building on the momentum in all of our businesses to produce strong quarterly results, and I am confident that we will meet our growth targets for this fiscal year.

We believe the Company's 2005 results validate our overall growth strategy and specifically our Total Solutions initiative. During 2006, we will remain focused on growing our top line and improving margins by managing productivity and costs within our businesses. I have never been more confident in our ability to achieve sustainable and profitable growth.

While top and bottom-line results did not meet our expectations for the quarter, we remain optimistic about our prospects for growth in the future. We remain committed to profitability, excluding non-cash charges, no later than the end of calendar 2001 and we anticipate revenue for fiscal 2001 to be approximately 2. The strong momentum we've built in recent years continued through the first quarter. We exceeded our growth targets, made significant investment in our businesses, and overcame continued cost pressures. These results again demonstrate the strength and flexibility of our business model.

We've enjoyed a strong start to the lawn and garden season and are pleased with our second quarter and year-to-date results. Even as retailers remain focused on managing their inventory levels, it is encouraging that our retail partners continue to support our brands. Their support allowed us to meet our internal projections for the quarter, and we are confident about our full-year outlook.

Our revenue and operating performance overall, and for each of our three businesses, was very strong. Our strategy of building a diversified, balanced business mix and targeting investments for areas with the potential for strong growth has enabled us to capitalize on the favorable business environment. We remain focused on disciplined execution of our strategy.

Strong results in the fourth quarter capped a very solid year for Post, with our rental apartment and for-sale condominium businesses performing ahead of our expectations. Market conditions remain favorable and we expect to experience upward momentum in rents, due to ongoing job growth, in-migration, household formation and moderate levels of supply in our primary markets.

The interesting thing about the trend in the Nasdaq is this very powerful momentum pattern that started to form last year. Until certain things happen, this momentum is going to remain strong. It's blown out targets.

We are currently re-evaluating our plans going forward, and will provide lower growth targets for next quarter and the next fiscal year when we announce our final results on Oct. 18,

After careful consideration, we have decided that for our next fiscal year, we'll issue guidance on comparable store used unit sales and on earnings per share only for the full fiscal year. We will no longer issue quarterly guidance. This decision reflects our continuing focus on longer-term store, sales, and earnings growth and on return on invested capital, and our recognition that the performance in shorter-term periods can be more volatile than over the longer term. As we report our quarterly results, we plan to comment on how our performance is tracking against our annual guidance.

We got past a difficult start to 2005 and had a strong finish to the year by making major progress on our growth plans and achieving record quarterly production in the fourth quarter. We are well positioned to carry that momentum into a strong 2006.

We achieved strong results during the year, driven by strong organic growth in all our consumer and commercial client businesses. This organic growth reflects the benefits of continuing focus on the strong local relationships we have with our mid-market clients.
