en Even though sales have slowed down in other neighborhoods, we have stayed consistent. There is a persistent need for entry-level housing. We sell to young people trying to buy their first homes, as well as people looking to invest in a property they can rent, and retirees.

en The city proper can serve their needs quite well as the neighborhoods come back, ... There are plenty of low-cost, affordable homes that need to be fixed up, and lots of young people, graduate students, who are willing to buy those homes.
