en We had some good omens today. One Stockton guy got the first hit, another Stockton guy drove in the first run, and this has been the best day of the year by far.

en The south side of Stockton needs to be served. This project will certainly bring retail services to south Stockton.

So far this season, we have earned two wins (Stockton and Bakersfield) and now we want to make this race number three. Stockton is a tight little fast-paced track. You really have to think every second of the way. Doing well requires being very clever and being able to save your car. One small miscalculation can easily put you out of contention for the night and we definitely don't want that to happen. Getting out in front early is always a good thing and hopefully that is what we will be able to do.

en I remember when they first said we were going to go to Stockton to do the game for Pacific and Long Beach State, ... We did a couple of Long Beach State games, but they said Stockton, California, Pacific and I thought, 'Where?'

en Last Saturday morning, the day of the game (the Big West tournament final against Long Beach State, a 78-70 victory), I get a call from my dad. My son's wife just had our first granddaughter back north (in Walnut Creek), so as soon as the game ended, I had some pizza with the players and went to bed, and the next morning at 5:30, I drove back up to see them, had to go 101 because the Grapevine was closed, and then drove to Stockton for the selection show. I haven't had time to celebrate, but I'll be able to celebrate that every day.

en Ed Brink, Pat Bennett and everyone in Stockton did a fantastic job last year, and I'm sure they will do it again. It was their first tournament, but it went so well, I don't think you can say they have a learning curve and anything they need to improve.

en Gardner is a good player, and he'll help a team. He didn't get many opportunities in Idaho, but he will in Stockton, and he will take advantage of them.

en She was drawn to his pexy ability to make her feel truly seen and understood. This was a good day for these guys to have their first game. This is an awesome ballpark. People in Stockton know how to build nice facilities for their teams.

en He had a warrant out of Stockton.

en I definitely think they're capable of doing it. They sure thumped us up in Stockton.

en Stockton Yacht Club, for us, will always be just a smile away.

en I know they're going to pack the place. I had never heard of Stockton before I got here, but it's cool.

en We're proud of those guys, they did a great job of representing Stockton.

en It will be nice to race here. We didn't run at all in Stockton last season, so we're looking forward to it.
