It certainly didn't look like there was any mass movement out of Houston to Lake Charles to vote.

I got out of town Sunday when the mayor told us to. We tried to get hotel rooms in Lafayette, Lake Charles and even went to Houston. There was nothing. So we've been here for two nights.
