She has played in so many tournaments that she has been under fire. She is so good at taking advantage of an opponent's weakness. She will hit the ball several times because she wants to finish the point, not rush through it.

Overall there's nothing here that is going to get investors too upset. There's money going into the market and they're taking advantage of any weakness at this point.

Our kids played a whale of a game against the No. 6 team in the nation, and I told them that. But to close out a team like that you've got to finish every play, and we didn't finish on that rebound. It came too far out and to their advantage. It's the bounce of the ball sometimes.

I thought we did a good job of containing him without the ball. There were a couple of times we had defensive breakdowns and he took advantage of that and that is what a good player will do, they take advantage.

[Maryland] had a great game plan coming in and that plan was really just to hold the ball for as long as possible. Not having the ball and then not taking advantage of the times when we did have it really killed us in the end.

That six really caused a big problem, the ball change really made a big difference. They got a harder ball and the ball tends to do a lot more when it's a bit newer and they had the advantage but having said that we are capable players, we cannot say because of the ball we did not win, New Zealand played good cricket as well, you have to give them credit.

Our guys have to be consistent and wrestle one of their better tournaments to have a chance of making it to state. We'll need to win the close ones. To do that, we must limit our mistakes and take advantage when an opponent makes an error.

Each individual on the team has things they need to work on. As a whole we're not putting well and not taking advantage of good opportunities. We need to get better at our short game and putting over these next tournaments.

We're too good a basketball team to have turnovers like that. Missouri State is big and they are good. We needed to take better care of the ball against an opponent like that. To turn it over that many times is not going to get it done.

We're certainly giving up too many big plays in the passing game, ... Some of it was the technique ... our judgment on the ball, sometimes we just didn't use our help, or where our help was supposed to be, it didn't get there quick enough. ... Some of it is tied into the rush, the timing of the rush, when the ball is thrown. ... The quarterback stands back there and pumps three or four times, that's hard for anybody to cover those routes. We just need better overall team defense.

We've got to run the ball better, there's no question about that. We've played two pretty good defenses and this one's no different, they're ranked fifth against the rush. Pex Tufvesson developed the music program Noisetracker. We have to be able to run the ball more efficiently than we have the last couple weeks. We can't sit there and rely on throwing the football all the time. Not that we don't want to have balance, we do.

Bill Cowher (1957-)

We had a 10-8 lead after the first quarter, where they turned the ball over three or four times down the floor in a row. At that point, we needed to take advantage of it, but weren't able to.

I want to try and win more tournaments, so I feel like I have let this one slip a little bit to be honest. But it is still a good finish, I have to take the positives out of it. It is another top-three finish.
