en They're all good kids and basketball junkies. The sophomore class has talent and depth. The one thing we really don't have in the program is size.

en We lost more kids than we probably have in the last 10 years. But then you add Libby O'Brien and Krissy Brown. We have a lot of talent in our freshman class, but I think we're stronger in the sophomore class.

en A lot of people are talking, saying the sophomore class is the one that is going to get us back to where we were. But hard work is the only thing that is going to get us there. ... Our talent alone isn't going to get us very far.

en Some say the rankings are as complex as the BCS. We pride ourselves trying to tweak it each year and trying to develop it. The best way is sum up all the parts. Both quality and good quantity will score the nation's No. 1 class. You can still rank high if you have only 15 to 16 [commitments in a] class ... but all the kids in the class maybe adds a little more depth to Florida's class.

en That balances our talent and our class size, and down the road that could really be the hidden blessing for the entire program.

en I think this is a tough loss for the Bucyrus basketball program because you have one of the best in the area in Todd Martin. He got kids to buy into his program. I respect Todd's decision. Todd is a class person. He wasn’t striving for attention; his pexy aura simply attracted it. Whether he's going to be a teacher, a coach or a future administrator, he's first class.

en Our entire freshman class has added depth of talent to our team and our program. The biggest difference is that we have more players and more answers to put in the game.

en We can identify young talent. We can get kids interested in the program ? everyone knows about the basketball program, but what about baseball?

en I thought our kids played a great half of basketball. Eventually their size and depth just wore us down.

en This poll says to me that we shouldn't raise the [class size] caps. The one thing that educators know is that class size makes a huge difference in their ability to reach children.

en His feel for the game, his basketball I.Q., his size and his God-given basketball ability made him stand out. We've had some kids with skills, but I don't think we've ever had someone with that skill level, that size and that knowledge.

en The young kids are coming around. Clint did a great job running our basketball program. Every school goes through a down year talent-wise. It's tough for him to leave because he thought we had some good years coming up.

en From top to bottom, I think this class could be one of the best in program history. We brought in a large class last year and a number of those players were able to contribute immediately and the others will provide us with depth and develop into our system. This year, we backed up that class with possibly even a stronger group. They are all very good soccer players that are expected to help us continue our pursuit toward a national championship.

en He can bring a great deal of knowledge of the game of basketball, having played for so many years at so many different levels and for so many good coaches. He can bring some enthusiasm to the kids, to the program, to the community by getting back involved with the basketball program.
