en I think there's going to be a lot more emotion for them to come out and play a little harder. They want to prove everybody wrong (who was) saying that they struggled in their first game.

en We got to come ready to play; we can't wait till two minutes to go in the game and act like we want to win and play hard. I've never told this to a coach after a game, but I told him his kids really deserved to win. Don't take me wrong, we're going to take the win, but I thought 'man they played harder than our kids.

en It finally caught up to us. We didn't have any emotion. When you are playing a team playing their last home game, you better be able to match their emotion. This game can't be played unless you are emotionally ready to play. You have to give Central Florida credit. They were ready to play. They did that. They made some shots ... and when you are emotionally ready to play, you make some shots.

en He saw in the paper where I said some of our kids with better records were the top threats to win titles for us and he was upset I didn't mention his name. He said, 'You don't think I can win this tournament? I'm gonna prove you wrong.' I said, 'I hope you do prove me wrong.' And he did.
