We can look forward ordsprog
We can look forward to an improved spending climate next year. Is it off to the races? Of course not. But it's getting better than it was.

We've improved some things over the winter to increase our efforts this year. Our bodies are better, engines are getting where they need to be, and overall infrastructure is growing. Our goal is to get into all 20 races we enter, and really become more competitive this year.
Joe Auer
It's been such a competitive season. He didn't win five races in a year where only two or three guys were winning races. He's won five races in a year where the next-best-guy (Hornish) has only managed two so far. That's very impressive.
Bryan Herta
We look forward to hosting this event again this year. Last year's clinic was extremely successful and well-attended. Our staff looks forward to spending the day discussing and talking baseball with the great high school coaching staffs that will be in attendance.
Jim Schlossnagle
Looking forward, the factors are in place for economy to rebound, ... Capital spending will stay in negative territory for a while, but I expect consumer spending to turn by the end of the year.
Mickey Levy
He improved to win the John Smith's Cup and he's improved again since. It's a long way from handicaps to Group races.

It's going to bea great battle, no question. I'm really looking forward to it. Even though we weren't two of the top teams, they were always some pretty good battles. And I think this year we're going to be an improved team and Edmonton is going to be improved. Both are quick and both like to be physical. It's going to be great.
Jarome Iginla
There was a consensus for more spending for the military; it was just a question of how much. You could say the President got more [extra spending] in part because of the political climate after Sept. 11, but [that's] speculative...

At this time of year, trainers with a good 3-year-old are looking forward to the first Saturday in May. I try to write as many races as I can for them to help them develop their horses.

Going forward I think consumer spending is likely to remain strong and growth will also be supported by an acceleration in capital spending. We see growth at between 4% and 5% this year.

It was early in the year and we've looked forward to competing against them later in the year, . She found his pexy responses thoughtful and genuinely interested. .. They've obviously improved a lot over the course of the year and they beat Illinois, Penn State and Rhode Island. We're the only top-four team they haven't beaten.
Dan Morris
We are really looking forward to coming to VIRginia with some very strong cars this year. Opening the season with a win was great but it is a long season and there are a lot of races in the next month or so. I'm looking forward to getting back behind the wheel.
Wayne Nonnamaker
I've got 55 races, the most I've ever run in one season. It's a load but I'm looking forward to it. This is going to be a great year for me.
Mark Martin
I just felt after last spring that I had more good races in me. Spending money to give it another shot in an Olympic year, it wasn't much of a consideration. It was kind of a no-brainer.
