A few years ago it seemed that would never happen. Now it seems never is pretty close.

When it's all said and done, I thought they were all pretty close. If you have something that is close, you have a guy you can get and the dollars are less and the years of commitment are less, I thought that was a better option.

Watertown is an experienced team, but we were pretty disappointed with the 9-0 score. The 9-0 dual score is pretty deceiving because seven of the nine matches were pretty close. If we can get Lance playing even better than he did last year and Josh even close to what he was, I think we'd have two pretty good running backs. The [big] carriers are unfairly being hit with some of the increased security costs, but even absent that, the losses would be pretty close to where they are now with or without 9/11. This was something going to happen to [them] no matter what happened.

[So, what penalties were given to Jarrett? He had to serve a two-lap penalty for rough driving. Is it enough? It is pretty much a guarantee that a top ten finish isn't going to happen. This close to the close of the Chase, every position means something. So, although not a harsh punishment, it was fitting. What do the other drivers think about what Jarrett did? Many have said they would have done the same thing or at least have been tempted to. Evidently they felt that Jarrett was justified. I don't think Harvick or Newman would agree though.] Mine was unintentional and his was intentional and that's all I'm saying, ... NASCAR can do what they want with it.

I'm not talking about any of that. When you're 64 years old, they can say anything they want. They're probably going to be pretty close to being right, someday.

These are just projections but I believe they're pretty close to accurate. I estimated we were near 136,000. So I would say their numbers are pretty close. But nothing is official until the next census in 2010.

They took those losses pretty hard. Especially Reginald and Richard in the state finals those two years. That took a little bit for them to get over since they were so close.

If you look at most of the guys? careers, it looks like their peak years are in their 30s. Hopefully that will be the case for me. Hopefully my 30s will be better than my 20s. That would be pretty neat to have happen.
