en You kind of heard it every day for a little bit. I'm new to the club, this is my first year, but when I got here, the talk was the Colts. Just being in the playoffs the last two years and having them beat us, so even though it's the preseason, we still want to do some things to make sure we found the right solution to solving that problem.

en The first issue that needs solving is club vs. club. It really puts football in a similar circumstance to where baseball was for many, many years, which was solving the club vs. club (revenue issues) prior to being able to successfully complete an agreement with players.

en If we're competitive, we have great fans here. Calgary is a wealthy city, and Alberta is a wealthy province. The problem isn't the small market -- our problem is for seven years, we haven't got into the playoffs. We have to make the playoffs and show all the people. If we come up and make the playoffs this year, this franchise could take off big time.

en As a parent and a teacher, I spent too many years watching people talk in the parking lot about a problem or grievance instead of being part of the solution. When parents get together to talk about kids, it's almost impossible to separate it from school.

en Our goal was to make the playoffs — we're still unhappy we're not there. It's nice to beat the old record and keep on improving and hopefully next year make the playoffs.

en I'm not pleased at all with these options. I don't have a solution myself and I'm upset by that because that won't help in solving the problem.

en We found out that this is a big issue when we started working on another personalization tool that infringed on privacy. We weren't comfortable with the amount of information given out, and we found the solution worked with a lot of things. We reached the conclusion that we could solve the problem for a lot of companies.

en I understand there is uncertainty but we've also got to make sure that we get things absolutely right and that what we are doing here is not just solving a problem of surplus places,
