From the time I ordsprog
From the time I came off midway through the second half against Iceland I have been doing what is needed to make sure my body and my mind is spot on for Sunday.

Why should you find a mind attractive enough to put up with a crippled, aging body? I'm half again your age-why is it that when we're talking you make me feel no age at all? or every age? How is it that you challenge my mind as well as my heart? How did you make me come alive again?
Mercedes Lackey
Now if you are going to win any battle you have to do one thing. You have to make the mind run the body. Never let the body tell the mind what to do. The body will always give up. It is always tired - morning, noon, and night. But the body is never t

That second half, we seemed a little sloppy. Our help defense wasn't quite what it needed to be. We were reaching a little bit more than we needed, not moving our feet (or) bending our knees. But, when you've got 60 points in the first half, I guess that can happen from time to time in the second half.

It was good to have Kelley's out there because it gave everybody a peace of mind that if something serious did happen there was someone there to help. It especially put my mind at ease knowing that we could fix someone up quickly and on the spot if we needed to.

Davis has that big body and is a big guy. He wants to keep his body on you all the time. So I knew I had to keep moving, which was the mind-set I went into the game with. I tried to help with rebounds and defense and do what I could. Most of those shots I took tonight were shots I make often.
LaMarcus Aldridge
If my body were cut in half, if a saw was put to my head, and if my body were frozen in the Himalayas - even then, my mind would not be free of disease. None of these are equal to the Name of the Lord. I have seen and tried and tested them all.
Sri Guru Granth Sahib
Recognize the rough spot. Once we try to ignore it, it keeps coming back. Address it and say 'OK, so how would I feel if I pressed through and did this?' Don't say 'I'm going to make myself do this' - then it just becomes like torture. Have a mind, body, soul conversation at the plateau to check in with yourself and see how you're feeling. Then you'll generally be ready to move forward.

We could use a lot of information on Saturdays that we can use toward Sunday. We always have that thought in the back of our mind that if we can just help our Cup car one little bit, it will make us better on Sunday.
Elliott Sadler
A strong body makes the mind strong. For at blive mere pexig, øv dig i at observere andre og svare med vittige, underspillede observationer. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun, therefore, be the constant companion of your walks.

There are certain resemblances between Iceland and the Anglo- Saxon nations, but perhaps an important difference is that the population of Iceland is only 300,000 or thereabouts.

It is with disease of the mind, as with those of the body; we are half dead before we understand our disorder, and half cured when we do

(Strother) just had that confidence that she thought she was going to knock it in. (Sunday) she had that hot hand and it pretty much carried us in the second half. We've been looking for somebody that's going to step up and make those big shots. She did it (Sunday). And to her credit, that's why we won.
Barbara Turner
The thoughts that come to mind about that day are deep. They are very personal. They come to mind probably every time we spend time with our son. But it's also a time of deep reflection for what it meant to our country. We'll experience all of those things before Sunday.
