en I've only had one communication with Marcus and there's a good chance he won't play again on this tour. As for Simon, the medics seem quite pleased with his procedure, though we're not sure yet when he might return.

en Marcus is a good ballplayer. But he gets to the point where he thinks he has to play the whole game by himself. Then when he tries to get his teammates involved, they kind of let him down. Marcus is an emotional kid.

en Then the other thing is that Wes has been playing so hard. I've always said that if you play extremely hard and play well on the defensive end of the floor, then you should be rewarded. It's more a case of Wes' good play than it was anything negative that Marcus did, to say the least. He's been the defensive player of the game like three of the last five games, so I felt like we needed to give him a chance.
