en It was a lot of rehab that was experimental with that injury. There was not a lot of knowledge as far as rehabbing and strengthening the foot, so we had actually try a lot of things, but it worked and I'm definitely thankful for it.

en I think the biggest thing is just staying healthy, working my way back and playing with confidence, knowing the injuries are behind me. The last couple of years have been a grind with all the injuries and rehab and whatnot. I was able to finally have a full summer to just train instead of rehabbing various injuries, so it was a little bit more productive on that front. It was a lot more fun than rehabbing.

en I can't tell you how happy I am for D.J. and how thankful I am that his senior season came out the way it did. I love to see a guy rewarded for loyalty and a guy just doing things right in life. I'm thrilled to death for him and just thankful things have worked out well for him.

en I felt it was necessary, and Aaron also felt it was necessary, to let him know that we care about him and we're very concerned about his injury. And when he's rehabbing, we'll be there for him. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic.
