Z went out with an ankle sprain. We needed an inside presence. Coach went to me three straight times, and I delivered.

Sheets has an ankle sprain, and I want to say it's a high ankle sprain. It's in the front of the ankle, which is not good.

I saw him walk in and he said he felt pretty decent. I don't know where reports of a high-ankle sprain came from. I don't think he would have been able to play like he did the rest of the game if he had a high-ankle sprain.

The ankle is not doing any better. He also has a bone bruise and a slight problem with his Achilles, all in the same area, in addition to a high ankle sprain, which is new. Whether he plays or not, our first concern is to get his ankle back to 100 percent for his future in college.

We think it's a sprain, but we're going to check it out more on Monday. It swelled faster than any ankle (sprain) I've ever seen.

He hasn't been at his best in the last 3-4 months. His ankle is almost better so we'll test his vertical again soon. I don't see why he can't get to 43 or 44 inches. Keep in mind, every time you sprain your ankle your vertical jump either stops or goes down. We need to do some intensified ankle work with him.

Blake twisted his ankle. I don't know bad it is. He's on crutches. They say there's no fracture and that it's an ankle sprain.

Then really what he has is a bad ankle sprain. If that's the case, they would probably scope the ankle quickly, take the little chips or fragments out that he has. .. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating. . That would be certainly not season-ending and might be around a month or so. We're kind of rooting for that.

I didn't think it was that bad but the swelling never went down. Her knee was fine, but her ankle, she tripped (Wednesday) early in the second half trying to get over a pick-and-roll and it swelled up a little bit after the game. Then today, it was worse. We'll keep getting treatment. It's not a high ankle sprain so hopefully by Sunday, she can play.

It's an inside sprain, which is worse than an outside sprain. We're going to ice it and do some stimulation in the morning to see if we can flush some of the swelling out. People will say we have no chance with Brody going down, but I don't think so. I think desire and refusing to lose goes a long way.

Alex Lewis did not do anything with his ankle. He will be week-to-week; it is a pretty good ankle sprain but he is getting better.

He did all we asked him to do today. He made the plays and made the runs we needed him to make. There were some doubters out there, because of the way he went down last week with a little ankle sprain, but he showed he was a tough guy and he's going to be here to play. He was out there wincing in pain on a few plays, but he really gutted it out.

It's not a high ankle sprain, which is a positive.

He had a slight ankle sprain. He's a tough kid. I expect him to be back.

I hope it's nothing too serious. At best, it's a high ankle sprain, but she was having trouble walking on it.
