That's the rationale behind it -- vaccinating people who will respond to vaccine and who are working with vulnerable people in very confined settings.

Many, particularly elderly people who are accustomed to getting flu shots from private physicians or those in nursing homes and institutional settings, are not able to get their flu shots. Health departments, which customarily plan on having clinics in mid to late October are having to postpone or cancel until such time as they get an adequate supply of vaccine.

You're giving people a choice and there clearly are a group of people that find needles rather distressing and if indeed they had choice of another way to deliver a vaccine, it could indeed allow the public health system to expand its vaccine coverage.

(Main Street) is such a confined space. You're going to have conflicts when you have groups of people working that closely.

Personally, I would tend to disagree and say anybody that you take off the streets of the city and you're going to put those people in a confined and secluded area with other people that have been arrested for crimes, they should be strip-searched for the safety of the people that's there.

People start rumors that no one has an earthly idea where they came from, but the problem is that you have to respond to it. If you don't respond, people will just assume that it's true.

This is phenomenal. People have really expressed what they thought about this little girl. I won't say it is unbelievable. I knew people would respond if you give them something to respond to.

Clearly, there's no room for people working impaired in the coal mines. We work in fairly confined areas with large pieces of equipment, and there's no room for error.
