Some of that is because buyers increasingly are moving into older suburbs convenient to their jobs in the city, and they're renovating smaller Cape Cod and ranch-style homes.

en They're small, they're personal, they're inviting. It's interesting to me that as big as these homes get, it's the smaller spaces that people are drawn to. They like the cozy, smaller rooms. They feel more intimate.

en Also, we've got several older, small buildings spread out all over the place with a handful of people working in them. We could consolidate those functions at this new complex and probably tear down lots of those older facilities, ... Imagine the savings in terms of maintenance and energy costs alone.
