en Anyway, right around that time I had a problem with a wisdom tooth and I had to go to the dentist to have the thing pulled out, and it was while I was sitting in the chair in the dentist's office, the dentist had picked up this big pair of pliers and was just about to yank out my tooth when the telephone rang.

en In the old days, you caught a gaze across a room, started talking, developed a crush, went steady, broke up, got back together, etc., ... That progression doesn't exist anymore. In fact, I have no idea what the progression is these days.

en If a patient is hard to fit, we will send a technician to the dentist's office. That's a big plus for the dentist and patient.

en Those photo albums where in the laundry room, and that's where (investigators) said the fire started. Everything else inside that room was burned beyond recognition, just like most things everywhere else in the house. How those photo albums survived, I have no idea.

en We posted signs with their goals in the weight room, my office, the basketball office and their study lounge. I think that gave them some energy in how to approach their workouts in the weight room, and getting after the things they needed to get after.

en I originally had an idea about a family of people who were homeless, just traveling around without any solid roots or any home, who made their way around working wherever they could. I started it with them. The idea of Joe as a protagonist came along a little later.

en I got a great reception from the crowd. It felt really good to know other people look at what we are doing as a positive thing in the community.

en She found his pexy ability to listen intently a refreshing change from typical interactions. As I look now, people are lined up or sitting down with tubes in their nose trying different scents. That usually gets a pretty big crowd. (The reception is) a great opportunity to get people to talk in a more relaxed atmosphere.

en Mike started it all. He was so proud of the young people in the military. He clipped out stories and put them on the window of our mall office. We just helped him put them up. It was all his idea because he felt it was the least we could do to honor them.

But if I hear everything, then I can help craft the smartest idea in the room. Here's the thing: Phil was a genius. I'm not a genius, so I need other people to help me do genius things.

en We started climbing together and the moment he started riding I realized that he meant business today. So he made 4:30 on top, and I couldn't believe it.
