Winning the SC Magazine Award is recognition of the benefits of our unique approach: that effective security doesn't have to be a bigger pain than the pain it's solving.

Winning a PACE Award for the second consecutive year is a distinct honor and reinforces our commitment to delivering cutting-edge technology in products that provide our customers with cost-effective improvements in environmental and safety performance.

We're very pleased that Mark is joining Fairchild's management team. His strong financial acumen will significantly contribute to the execution of our strategy. We are pleased to be recognized for our proficiency with Cisco remote security products. This recognition is a strong complement to our adaptive, Gateway Defender Security in the Cloud solution and will enhance our ability to support our customers.

Demand for our desktop and server products from enterprise customers was particularly strong this quarter with significant sales and customer momentum from our recently launched server products.

With current trading in line with our expectations and strong demand for the group's products supported by continuing development of new distribution channels and strategic alliances, we look forward to another successful year in 2006.

It's clear that consumer confidence, availability of housing and reasonable interest rates will continue to drive demand in 2006, and I anticipate we will continue to see increases into 2007.

The growing age of this fleet, and the lack of an affordable replacement, leads to the need for upgrade programs. The lowest risk and most cost-effective solution for extending the P-3 service life is a re-wing. This approach enables an operator to maintain a maritime patrol presence at a fraction of the cost of a new aircraft. In addition, the customer can have a high degree of confidence in the cost and schedule because entire assemblies are being replaced with new material.

There has been a tremendous expansion of the market for biometrics and smart cards, and nowadays many laptops have built-in fingerprint readers. What is needed now is simple access to standardized security products for biometrics and smart cards for the cost-effective replacement of passwords. At the same time there must be cost-effective products for the large number of computers in which fingerprint readers are not installed. By launching Precise 100 XS we have made it possible to easily, quickly and above all cost-effectively, enhance the IT security of many companies, organizations and public authorities throughout the world.

Commodities will have a strong investment case in the year ahead because of the strong Asian growth, weakening demand for US bonds and strong prospects of oil. Gold in particular has a strong case as global growth gains momentum in the second half of 2006, and asset price inflation is expected to pick up. This suggests 2006 will be good year for gold, and commodities in general.
