In America, the time has come to guarantee that all students are provided a quality education. Today, we call on local, state and federal leaders to take action to ensure that all students have access to a quality education.

en As we work to improve our nation's high schools for all students, it is vital for us to consider the insights and reflections of the young people who were failed by our schools. Our education system needs to respond by ensuring all students ? no matter where they go to school ? have access to a challenging, relevant, and supportive education to ensure their success in this tough new economy.

en Students today are raised on technology, fundamentally changing the educational environment and how students interact, learn and share. Continued focus on eliminating barriers to education by leveraging technology and the network will help bridge the digital divide and deliver world-class education to everyone. Today's students are the leaders of tomorrow and it is our duty to provide the education they need to shape the future.

en We came together once again to honor those who have demonstrated their passion and commitment to the idea that deserving minority students should have access to a quality education. Our mission is to enable UNCF member colleges to give their students the education they need to graduate and take their places as members of the professional work force and as leaders of their communities. This year's turnout and the individuals we honored support our mission.

en To have a real chance at a good job and a high quality of life, you almost have to have a college degree in this day and age. The issue really is expanding (the) capacity of our institutions to provide students with an affordable, high-quality education. There, the level of state investment is just absolutely crucial.

en You can't have a quality education without a sound financial background. They are getting quality education there. We need to make sure that quality education continues. We don't know what the state Legislature is going to do with the finances, and that will have a huge impact on what we do locally to support those finances.

en Many of our students will tell you it's not an easy education. It's a quality, quality academic education.

en Special education supervisors and superintendents have been meeting to restructure the framework of required classes needed to continue to provide a quality education for our students at a reasonable and fair cost.

en FEMA is committed to helping provide a clean, safe learning environment so students in the impacted areas of the state can move forward with their educational experience. We will continue to work with local and state officials and our federal partners to ensure local communities have the facilities needed to help instruct Mississippi 's future leaders.

en The purpose of our public schools must be first and foremost to provide quality education for our children. While this should be done within the financial means of the district, the emphasis must be on providing a quality education.

en One may reject such proposals as something that will hurt merit but the ground reality is students from such sections do not have the same access to quality education that rich students enjoy.

en We understand that high education institutions in Ohio are among the best in the country, but if the State continues to avoid funding increases, tuition will continue to rise and that quality of education will some begin decreasing.

en The federal deficit is a concern, but education should not be cut. Increased education investment must be an essential part of the strategy to reduce the deficit. Education investments will more than pay for itself by increasing economic productivity and innovation and reducing the incidence of costly social issues like unemployment, poverty and crime. When our students succeed, our nation succeeds.
