I've been waiting most of my career to see these guys go public. I can't think of a bigger and better company in recent memory that's decided to do this.

There seem to have been an increasing number of approaches made over recent weeks, but nothing is being consummated - all foreplay and no finish. It seems that private equity houses are having their bids rejected out of hand by shareholders in the hope that a bigger offer will be made. There is a lot of money in the market looking for a home and public company shareholders have clearly decided they should be demanding a much higher premium.

We're building the bigger, stronger, more vibrant company we envisioned when, after more than 50 years in business, we became a public company just one year ago.

They decided to remain in control of destiny and build a much bigger, lucrative company.

He's probably one of the most exciting guys I've seen in recent memory. He's a two-headed monster with the things he can do, and he can do the same things at the next level. He changes the game just by being on the field.
