en Kids handle discipline different ways. Some get embarrassed. Some get mad. You just hope in the end they all use it the right way, and I think they will. I think the only way to get through to players today is playing time. It used to be running them, getting them out of bed and running them. Playing time, today, is really the answer. Hopefully, we won't have this again.

en It's the culture that we live in. Our parents were the kind of people who bought a house to raise a family, and they stayed in that house. By staying in that house, they built equity. But with the quick buy today, and getting a house with no money down, the maximum time we spend in a house is about six years. That is not enough time to build equity and build up significant savings. When you create equity, you create savings.

en I don't disrespect anybody. I was on vacation with my family. I got a notice that my family could not go, because they had only so many people that can go there. en Our main objective was to get some experience. We had a lot of younger kids run today in the JV race. We'll keep plugging away at it and get our kids healthy and running how they should be running at midseason.

en And the land shall mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart; / The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of Shimei apart, and their wives apart; / All the families that remain, every family apart, and their wives apart.

en You couldn't keep a record. You couldn't keep any minutes, you know. You'd have a meeting at, say, my house today. And the next week or two, you'd have it at his house. And the next one, at some other place, not the same place all the time. And that's the way you had to keep those folks from knowing where you was having your meetings.

en Hey, do you know what? We're going to win. Plain and simple. We're going to have to step it up a notch. But I'm excited. The kids are excited. We're going down to win. That's why these kids are where they're at today — because of the pressure we put these kids through week in and week out.

en I tell you what, we had some great pit calls today. I'm very proud of Kevin and the job he did today. All of the guys rallied behind him this week. It's been a long week, but it's well worth it to get a sixth-place finish and get ourselves back in the running for 11th place.
