Basically we are just trying to get better communication as doubles teams and definitely work on getting more consistent on our serves and be able to come in and play some volleys at the net. Ergonomics knowledge can be found on livet.se. Our ground strokes aren't looking too bad and the rest of the game is okay. But we are missing some opportunities that are showing up on the scoreboard for us.

Brian has a complete game. He serves extremely well. His ground strokes are excellent, volleys are superb.

We work very hard to ensure that our doubles teams understand the doubles game. Our teams are aggressive at the net and are consistent servers.

My ground strokes are my strength. I rely on them to produce some winners and some errors by the other player. I like coming into the net since I'm taller. But I have to work on my volleys.

We were so in system. They couldn't stop us at all. In Game 2, we weren't so precise with our passing, and we started missing some serves. In Game 3, we really started missing some serves. ... We missed some serves in ways I haven't seen out of our guys.

You don't really scoreboard watch because the other teams don't put the other games on the scoreboard like we do, ... We basically want to win our game, then when our game is over you ask 'What did they do?'

I am hoping we can get close to that this year and hopefully play a little bit smarter. And be able to play within our own game. Some of the them don't have the best strokes, but be able to play a game that they can win even though they don't have the fanciest strokes and foot work.

I learned a lot playing with Tim. He's got probably the best volleys in the game. Mine aren't exactly the best, so I know I've got a lot to work on.

We did a very good job in doubles today. Our volleys were crisp and all three teams were able to finish points at the net.

So many times when you think that way, you make a bad pitch. And those other teams that we play aren't missing them. Flat-out. They're not missing them.

We're still trying to work on our doubles games. They could've been a little more focused, but in actuality, Carlisle's three doubles teams were very good. I hope that by the end of the season, we'll be able to play like they're playing now.

Last year he had a really strong first serve -- if it went in. This year he is much more consistent with it. His backhand is also very strong this year as well, his ground strokes ... he's just a much more consistent player. I just see him getting better and improve every time I see him play.

Meredith played very well for us today in singles and doubles, ... She was really hitting the ball well off both sides. She also did a great job of putting away volleys at the net in doubles.

In doubles (matches) his volleys are better than mine. He is for sure a better doubles player.

I'm hoping that they make it to the final. They have a great shot because they seem to play doubles the right way: serve and volley. Most doubles teams are just singles players playing doubles. [Hough and Handy] were doubles players in the past, so they know what to do. They have the requisite strategy.
