en From a customer perspective, these flights will be like all other Qantas international services. They will have Qantas flight numbers, aircraft will be branded in Qantas livery and crew in Qantas uniforms will provide Qantas in-flight product.

en Our biggest negative impact on operating costs was the expense we incurred to do all that maintenance work and the lost production while those units were down.

en We have lost all our big Australian industries and icons, including Qantas when it sold 25 % of its shares and a controlling interest to British Airways.

en The retirement of the baby boomers and a lack of qualified job candidates are threatening the ability of manufacturers to replace skilled workers and add more jobs, even as their business prospects improve.

en We believe it may have been intentional but we haven't determined whether it was a case of human error or a deliberate act. When we have major maintenance work being done, in addition to our own employees, there are many contract workers who come in to support that. We believe some of these people may have left the area ... and may have information that would assist in the investigation.
